Henry Sondo

Henry Sondo is a Partner in the corporate department of the firm. He plays a key role in conducting discovery, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing corporate agreements. He is also actively involved in due diligence processes and transaction closings.

Henry holds an LLB (Hons) from Swansea University, UK, and an LLM in Oil, Gas, and Mining Law from Nottingham Trent University, UK. His main areas of practice include commercial law, corporate law, and dispute resolution. He has extensive expertise in oil, gas, and mining transactions, with in-depth knowledge of Tanzania’s legal and regulatory framework in these sectors.

Henry is also the co-author of the Tanzania chapter in Global Legal Insights – ENERGY (5th and 6th editions).
